The Los Angeles addition of the Fit Expo
On January 7-8, 2017, The Los Angeles addition of the Fit Expo will be taking place at the Los
Angeles Convention Center. For the last 14 years, the Fit Expo has produced a family-friendly
convention that incorporates fitness enthusiasts, personal trainers, exercise instructors,
athletes, and bodybuilders to promote exercise, wellness, and balanced diets. The expo not
only takes place here in Los Angeles, but in other cities such as Chicago, San Jose, Anaheim,
and Ft. Lauderdale over the course of the year. Attendees of the expo are able to have access
to free fitness classes, cooking demos, discover new health and wellness products and
services, and meet fitness celebrities.
For the Los Angeles Addition, there will be 700 booths available for expo attendees as well as
major competitions and events. The events and competitions include Arm Wrestling, Battle Of
the Bars, Box n’ Burn, Rule One Proteins presents The Muscle Contest Challenge, Dodgeball
Competition, Fashion Show, MyGymPals presents The Forge Fitness Affiliate Showcase, Grip,
Optimum Nutrition presents Healthy Living Pavilion, Heart Rate Training by Orangetheory
Fitness, Kids and Youth, MAS Wrestling, GAT presents MaxReps Attendee Competition,
Naturally Fit Model Search, Iron Rebel presents American Cup Powerlifting, Slackline
Competition, Bodybuilding.com Spokesmodel Finals, Strongman, TheFitExpo’s Best Attendee
Competition, TheFitExpo Group Training Zone, FitPros – NASM CEU Sessions, and Ultimate
Ninja Competition. The headliners of the event are fitness celebrities such as Jay Cutler, Billy
Blanks, Tito Ortiz, Kali Muscle, CT Fletcher, and Dana Linn Bailey. Some of the special guest
who will be in attendance are Benjamin Allen, Dolly Castro, Camille Gonzalez, Charles Glass,
